About the position

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients' customers, providing exceptional service while facilitating sales presentations and guiding them through the enrollment process. Your role is essential in ensuring a seamless experience for customers, from initial interaction to final enrollment, while supporting the sales team in presenting product information and addressing customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product/service recommendations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their benefits and value to customers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase how our offerings meet customer needs.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the sales team and other departments to align strategies and achieve company objectives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively present information and interact with customers.
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques and the ability to assist in presenting products and services to customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in an organized manner.
  • Experience in a customer service role is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key.

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus but not required.
  • Experience in a sales environment or with sales presentations is beneficial, though not mandatory.
  • Additional coursework or certifications related to customer service or sales can be an asset.
