The Wireless Customer Service Representative role at DISH is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service in the wireless industry. This position involves engaging with customers to resolve issues, promote services, and provide technical support, all while working in a collaborative team environment. Representatives will have the opportunity to become experts in the latest wireless technology and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and technical support to customers.
• Establish long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and one-call resolution.
• Maintain strong knowledge of wireless products, accessories, and pricing plans.
• Provide product suggestions and sell services to customers.
• Accurately respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, devices, product features, troubleshooting, and hardware operation.
• Identify opportunities for improvement by assessing call trends and providing feedback.
• Engage with a diverse consumer base to provide solutions for customer needs and technical issues.

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Customer-first mindset and a positive attitude.
• Desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Related customer service experience and/or training is a plus.
• Experience in the wireless industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with wireless devices and their functions.
• Ability to operate Windows OS desktop computers smoothly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and effectively problem solve.
