About the position

The Customer Service Associate at Bank of Luxemburg plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to customers while supporting the bank's mission to positively impact people's lives. This full-time position involves working at both the Fish Creek and Sturgeon Bay branches, focusing on processing transactions, promoting bank services, and providing customer support.

Responsibilities

• Process Teller Transactions including savings, checking, and time deposit transactions.
• Process customer loan payments, safe deposit box payments, savings bond redemptions, and cash advance requests.
• Issue personal money orders and cashiers checks.
• Balance and verify cash drawer, wrap coin and currency.
• Assist with the processing of daily Imaging and maintaining branch ATM/ITM machine.
• Perform branch opening and closing duties and maintain postage stamp inventory.
• Order checks and deposit tickets for customers and assist with imaging research and balancing accounts.
• Identify and report potential fraudulent customer activity and follow bank policies and procedures.
• Evaluate and place holds when necessary for transactions and perform maintenance on customer profiles.
• Assist with customer safe deposit box access and EFT card travel alerts.

Requirements

• Strong people skills required.
• Cash handling experience and problem-solving skills desired.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to handle confidential information and positively represent the company.
