The Customer Service Associate at PGA TOUR Superstore plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive checkout experience. Responsibilities

• Provide a great checkout experience to every customer by championing the 'Customer First' philosophy.
• Be knowledgeable about all retail store programs and promotions and follow related operational processes.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of cash handling and/or customer service experience.
• Must possess a GED or high school diploma.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and lift a 30 lb. box overhead.
