The Customer Service Associate at MacDermid Offshore Solutions plays a crucial role in managing returnable stainless steel tote contracts and billing processes. This position involves entering and maintaining contracts in SAP, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring timely submission of invoices and shipping documents. Responsibilities

• Enter, maintain and close returnable tote contracts in SAP.
• Maintain emails assigned in offshore email account and respond accordingly.
• Upload completed shipping & quote documents to a SharePoint site.
• Submit invoices on customer portals.
• Complete customer requests for copies of COA, SDS, and other shipping documents.
• Backup Customer Service and finish other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• High-level of communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Two to three years of office experience and customer service experience.
• SAP knowledge preferable.
