Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and providing notifications.
  • Input orders into the system and proofread them meticulously.
  • Collaborate with various departments to configure purchase styles for key accounts and ensure they remain updated.
  • Communicate clearly and efficiently with clients and service providers using phone, email, reports, and internal systems.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot system access and usability for clients and service providers.
  • Provide required reporting, data, and dispatch updates for assigned clients.
  • Assist with service provider invoice collection and auditing.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the company, which may relate to customer service or other areas of the organization.

Requirements

  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PDF, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented and process-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Degree or a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service is required.
  • Experience in the furniture industry is a plus.
