• Participate in a 14-week training program to develop skills in customer service and financial services.
• Handle a variety of customer situations and conversations, driving towards suitable resolutions.
• Engage in team activities and career coaching to foster personal and professional growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to establish rapport and relationships through effective communication.
• Great listening skills, professionalism, and empathy toward diverse customers.
• Adaptability and flexibility to work in various environments, including both office and remote settings.
• Proficiency in navigating and troubleshooting basic technology issues.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus, but not required.
