Additionally, it includes operational responsibilities such as maintaining store cleanliness, managing inventory, and adhering to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Model and share customer service best practices with team members.
• Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service to customers.
• Register customer purchases on the cash register and handle cash transactions.
• Recommend items for sale and suggest trade-up or companion items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of counters and shelves.
• Check in and price merchandise as required by management.
• Implement asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss.
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
• Construct and maintain promotional displays and merchandise.
• Assist with food item separation and product placement as per policies.
• Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo services.
• Monitor and fulfill web pick-up orders for customers.
• Assist with store maintenance to ensure a clean and orderly appearance.
• Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
