The Retail Customer Service Associate role at Vaco involves providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment. The position focuses on ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers, assisting them with inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere on the sales floor. This role is crucial for representing the company brand and addressing customer needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring our Customers have a positive shopping experience
• Greets all Customers in a courteous and friendly manner
• Maintains a high level of awareness on the sales floor to create a positive shopping environment for everyone
• Assists Customers in any way necessary; assists Customers with merchandise, and answers Customer questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner
• Responds to Customer Service calls immediately
• Handles all Customer issues in a courteous and helpful way, calling a member of the Store Leadership when needed
• Represents and supports the Company brand at all times

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service experience preferred
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively
