As a Customer Service Associate at Walgreens, you will play a crucial role in delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience. In addition to customer engagement, you will handle operational tasks such as registering sales on the assigned cash register, providing efficient checkout service, and processing various transactions including voids, returns, and exchanges. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and well-merchandised environment, taking inventory, and ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products. Your role will also involve constructing and maintaining displays for promotional and seasonal items, assisting with food item separation, and ensuring proper stock rotation. You will have the opportunity to provide customer service in the photo area, assisting with digital passport photos and promotional photo products. Additionally, you will monitor web pick-up orders and ensure that the store remains clean and orderly. Compliance with company policies and procedures is essential, as is maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers. You will also be expected to complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned by your manager. Training and personal development are key components of this role, and you will be required to attend training sessions and complete any necessary personal performance logs (PPLs) as requested.
