About the position

The Customer Service Associate at Associa plays a vital role in enhancing the experience of homeowners and guests within community associations. This part-time position involves administrative support and direct interaction with community members, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered effectively. The role requires availability during evenings and weekends, making it essential for candidates to be flexible and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

  • Welcomes homeowners, guests, vendors, and new customers to the community.
  • Performs various administrative and managerial tasks in support of the HOA's mission.
  • Creates a positive experience for homeowners and guests by attending to their needs and answering questions.
  • Coordinates clubhouse reservations and pool keys.
  • Handles other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
  • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
  • Time management and time-critical prioritization skills.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 0 - 3 years of directly related or closely related experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous hospitality experience preferred.
