About the position

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients' customers, providing exceptional service and facilitating sales presentations. Your role is essential in ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial interaction to final enrollment, supporting the sales team by presenting product information and assisting with follow-up tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product/service recommendations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their benefits and value to customers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase how our offerings meet customer needs.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the sales team and other departments to align strategies and achieve company objectives.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively present information, answer questions, and interact with customers.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on providing excellent service and addressing customer needs and concerns.
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques and the ability to assist in presenting products and services to customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, such as facilitating presentations and handling enrollment paperwork, in an organized manner.
  • Aptitude for resolving customer issues and providing solutions that enhance their experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key.
  • Any experience in a sales environment or with sales presentations is beneficial, though not mandatory.
