About the position

The Customer Service Associate plays a vital role at the front desk of the facility, providing exceptional customer service to both members and prospective members. This part-time position involves working in the Kids Center during mornings and afternoons, ensuring a welcoming environment and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sign up members in Jonas Software.
• Schedule members for programming.
• Provide customer service to members and prospects.
• Accommodate members and guests with special needs as they enter and leave the center.
• Provide service and information to members and guests regarding membership and fees.
• Give prospective members a tour of the facility.
• Register participants for various center programs, services, and classes.
• Collect guest fees.
• Process cash, check, and card transactions.
• Schedule appointments.

Requirements

• High School graduate required.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Knowledge and experience with the use of computers preferred.
• Customer service background preferred.
