About the position
The Customer Service Associate plays a vital role at the front desk of the facility, providing exceptional customer service to both members and prospective members. This part-time position involves working in the Kids Center during mornings and afternoons, ensuring a welcoming environment and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Sign up members in Jonas Software.
- Schedule members for programming.
- Provide customer service to members and prospects.
- Accommodate members and guests with special needs as they enter and leave the center.
- Provide service and information to members and guests regarding membership and fees.
- Give prospective members a tour of the facility.
- Register participants for various center programs, services, and classes.
- Collect guest fees.
- Process cash, check, and card transactions.
- Schedule appointments.
Requirements
- High School graduate required.
- CPR/AED certification required.
- Knowledge and experience with the use of computers preferred.
- Customer service background preferred.
