About the position

Kristen Uniforms is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Customer Service Associates. This role involves assisting customers in a retail environment specializing in medical uniforms, handling general office tasks, and learning embroidery techniques. The position is available for both part-time and full-time schedules, with a starting pay of $17 per hour.

Responsibilities

• General office work.
• Customer service including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
• Helping and checking out customers in the retail store.
• Stocking the store.
• Accepting and sorting shipments.
• Sending mail and packing/shipping orders.
• Creating and sending invoices to customers.
• Learning how to use embroidery machines and completing custom embroidery orders.
• Assisting customers over the phone with placing orders or any questions they may have when online shopping.
• Manual labor including standing for extended periods and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• No prior experience needed.
• Basic customer service skills.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a cash register.
• Good phone etiquette.
• Willingness to learn embroidery and assist with store operations.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
