About the position

The Customer Service Associate role involves providing support to customers through various channels, including email and phone. The position requires multitasking abilities, adherence to company policies, and a commitment to excellent customer service. The associate will also handle technical support, process orders, and manage vendor relationships, all while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Handling customers via email & phone.
• Providing technical support (training will be provided).
• Addressing general product inquiries.
• Processing phone & internet orders.
• Creating purchase orders and collaborating with vendors.
• Preparing packages and shipping out through UPS and FedEx World Ship programs.
• Lifting packages up to 50 lbs.
• Cleaning and sweeping the warehouse.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in purchasing and customer service.
• High school diploma or higher.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Tenacity to follow through on all tasks and assignments.
• Organizational skills and flexibility.
• Courteous, enthusiastic, responsible, and punctual demeanor.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Typing speed of 40 WPM or more.
• Experience in machinery part sales or auto parts sales is a plus.
