About the position

The Customer Service Associate plays a vital role in enhancing the membership experience at Bodyscapes Fitness. This part-time position involves greeting and assisting members and clients, ensuring a welcoming environment, and supporting day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about fitness and health, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be able to think quickly in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet prospects, members, and clients; offer and provide tours.
• Maintain a professional, reliable, energetic, and friendly demeanor.
• Execute and record sales for membership, Personal Training, Pilates, and retail items.
• Maintain general tidiness of the facility and locker rooms, as well as clean exercise equipment.
• Possess current CPR/AED certification or the ability to obtain proper certification.
• Ability to operate simple equipment and lift forty-five (45) pounds sufficiently to perform the job.

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience (Required).
• Possess a valid CPR/AED certification (Required).
• Ability to work a non-traditional work week occasionally.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
• Experience in sales.
