About the position

The Customer Service Associate plays a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience at Raising Cane's. This entry-level position focuses on delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, including taking orders, assembling and delivering food, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. The role offers opportunities for growth through training and performance evaluations, with potential pay increases within the first year.

Responsibilities

• Take orders in the drive-thru and process payments efficiently.
• Assemble and deliver food to customers.
• Clean the dining room and other areas of the restaurant.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Assist other crewmembers in completing tasks to ensure continuity of service.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and preparing food.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time.
• Ability to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to kneel, bend, twist, or stoop.
• Ability to ascend or descend stairs and reach/grasp objects.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or restaurant roles is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
