About the position

The Customer Service Associate role at Atrium is designed for detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals who are eager to contribute to a dynamic fintech company. Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financial account inquiries, rollovers, and other 401k or IRA-related concerns
• Address customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, delivering clear and professional responses
• Act as an intermediary between customers and financial institutions/employers to resolve issues
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of internal knowledge bases and public FAQs
• Collect and share customer feedback to help refine internal processes and improve service quality
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards while assisting customers
• Manage multiple customer interactions efficiently and maintain accurate records of all communications

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a client-facing position
• Must hold FINRA licenses (e.g., Series 6, 7 or other relevant certifications)
• Previous experience in the financial services sector is strongly preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to solve problems efficiently
• Self-motivated and capable of managing time effectively in a remote work environment
• Familiarity with customer service platforms like Zendesk is an advantage
• A genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field is required
