About the position

The Customer Service Associate at The UPS Store is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role involves engaging with customers, providing assistance with their needs, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The position requires a reliable individual who can work both independently and as part of a small team, with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world class customer service, greet people with a smile, and enthusiastically help customers in person and over the phone
• Accurately input data provided verbally or written
• Navigate multiple computer programs
• Maintain clean, organized and safe work environment
• Work closely with others AND independently to complete tasks
• Learn all of the products and services, industry trends and best practices
• Operate office equipment such as fax, laminating, coping, binding, cutting and printing
• Receive, sort and distribute mail and packages
• Take ownership of packaging needs and safely package items for shipment
• Lift at least 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience
• Licensed Notary Public or experience in Adobe programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and print production is a plus
