About the position

The Customer Service Associate at Triple Shift Entertainment LLC plays a crucial role in ensuring a high standard of guest service and cleanliness within the entertainment venue. This part-time position involves assisting guests, maintaining the facility, and supporting various operational tasks to create memorable experiences for visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain high guest service and cleaning standards as per management guidelines.
  • Assist guests with the scoring system and provide bowling balls and ramps as needed.
  • Expedite food service and assist front desk staff and gaming operations upon request.
  • Bus and wipe down tables, chairs, and floors in the venue.
  • Remove bowling balls from returns and place them on racks; store ball ramps properly.
  • Inspect floors and carpets for debris, clean wet spots, and vacuum carpeting.
  • Place wet floor signs in designated areas to ensure safety.
  • Check restrooms for cleanliness and refill supplies as necessary.
  • Help stock service areas with necessary supplies.
  • Clean windows and doors, ensuring they are free of debris.
  • Clean and sanitize vending, billiard, and game machines, tables, and chairs as instructed by management.

Requirements

  • No experience is necessary; training will be provided onsite.
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for an entire shift.
  • Must show up for all company-required meetings and scheduled shifts on time.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
