About the position

The Customer Service Associate at Bank of Luxemburg is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by processing transactions, promoting bank services, and acting as a receptionist. This full-time position requires working at both the Fish Creek and Sturgeon Bay branches, with a focus on supporting the bank's mission to positively impact people's lives.

Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions including savings, checking, and time deposit transactions.
• Process customer loan payments and cash advance requests.
• Balance and verify cash drawer and wrap coin and currency.
• Assist with daily imaging processing and maintain branch ATM/ITM machines.
• Perform branch opening and closing duties and maintain postage stamp inventory.
• Order checks and deposit tickets for customers and assist with imaging research.
• Identify and report potential fraudulent customer activity and evaluate holds on transactions.
• Add and perform maintenance on customer profiles and assist with safe deposit box access.
• Promote bank products and services and refer customers to appropriate departments.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding new and existing accounts and attend training and sales meetings.
• Answer incoming phone inquiries and greet branch customers promptly.

Requirements

• Strong people skills required.
• Cash handling and problem-solving skills desired.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to handle confidential information and represent the company positively.
