Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Assist customers in preparing their orders.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and operating the cash register.
• Sell products and services by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment.
• Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
• Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, retail shipping or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
• Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn about products and services offered.
