About the position

As a Client Banking Services Professional at Schwab, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the client experience by providing exceptional customer service to Charles Schwab Bank clients. This phone-based position involves handling 40-60 inbound calls daily, where you will offer expertise on various banking products and services, including deposit accounts, online account management, and mobile banking. Your ability to multitask and utilize multiple computer applications will be essential in delivering effective solutions to client inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Field 40-60 inbound calls daily from clients seeking assistance with banking products and services.
• Provide subject matter expertise on deposit accounts, online account management, money movement, mobile banking, and debit cards.
• Utilize multiple computer applications and dual monitors to assist clients effectively.
• Engage in open-ended dialogue to understand clients' financial needs and resolve complex inquiries.
• Establish rapport with clients over the phone to foster long-term relationships with Schwab.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience, which may include volunteer experience, internships, or other roles in an office environment.
• Ability to multi-task with demonstrated experience in using multiple computing applications simultaneously.
• Willingness to work in the office up to 75% - 100% of the time, as required.
