Customer Service/ Bookkeeper

The Customer Service/Bookkeeper position at Watson Barn Rentals, LLC is a full-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels while also handling basic bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction, all while managing multiple responsibilities in a professional office environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service via phone, text, and email.
• Assist rental clients with their accounts through incoming calls.
• Determine when to escalate calls to a manager.
• Ensure prompt responses to customer inquiries.
• Familiarize with sales processes and paperwork to assist the sales team.
• Process incoming mail and payments.
• Write checks, process bills, and maintain filing systems.
• Handle end-of-day closing procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by managers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new computer systems and software.
• Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in customer service or bookkeeping is preferred.
• Familiarity with sales processes and paperwork.
