About the position

The Customer Service Branch Associate / Delivery Driver at Sherwin-Williams is responsible for receiving and preparing orders, safely moving, loading, and delivering products, and providing excellent customer service. This role also involves operating tinting, mixing, and color matching equipment as needed, while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prepare customer orders.
• Safely move, load, and deliver products to customers.
• Provide customer service and assist customers with their needs.
• Operate tinting, mixing, and color matching equipment as required.
• Handle cash and other payment methods responsibly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
