  • Enter new customer information into the system and update existing customer information.
  • Process customers' orders.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues and route calls to appropriate resources.
  • Follow up on customer calls where necessary.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Write product reviews for items that you know.
  • Check the website for incorrect information about products.
  • Complete price comparisons between our website and our competitors.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions given by the Customer Service Manager.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to communicate both written and verbally.
  • Ability to perform physical activities including talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
  • Visual acuity for completing work on the computer.
