About the position

The Customer Service Representative-Cashier position at Chevron Stations Inc. involves providing exceptional customer service while performing cashier duties, cooking, and maintaining cleanliness at the gas station. This role is essential for ensuring a positive customer experience and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and greet all customers courteously.
• Conduct all point-of-sale activities accurately and safely, adhering to CSI guidelines.
• Maintain cash drawer and perform cashier reconciliation at the end of each shift.
• Perform consistent cleaning of indoor and outdoor facilities, including restrooms and pumps.
• Prepare food and hot beverage products as needed.
• Manage ExtraMile and/or KKC food service to maximize sales and minimize loss.
• Promote store specials and marketing programs actively.
• Cross-check the price of delivered goods for accuracy and distribute them orderly throughout the store.
• Ensure compliance with local law requirements for fuel dispensing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Available to work a variety of hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Ability to work independently and in team settings.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to work in California, Oregon, or Washington locations.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to work the Graveyard shift from 10 pm to 6 am.
