About the position

Chevron Stations Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative-Cashier to provide exceptional service at their gas station location. This part-time role involves cooking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the station while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and greet all customers courteously.
• Conduct point-of-sale activities accurately and safely, adhering to company guidelines.
• Maintain cash drawer and perform cashier reconciliation at the end of each shift.
• Perform consistent cleaning of indoor and outdoor facilities, including restrooms and pumps.
• Prepare food and hot beverage products as needed.
• Manage food service and beverages to maximize sales and minimize loss.
• Promote store specials and marketing programs actively.
• Cross-check the price of delivered goods for accuracy and distribute them orderly throughout the store.
• Observe local law requirements for fuel dispensing and filling vehicle tanks.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age to work in California, Oregon, or Washington locations.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to work the Graveyard shift from 10 pm to 6 am.
• Available to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Ability to work independently and in team settings.
