Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quick, efficient service and quality products.
• Provide excellence in quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Provide consistent product portions.
• Maintain knowledge and operation of all equipment.
• Follow and abide by all safety rules, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Some high school courses preferred.
• Must be clean, neat, and well-groomed.
• Good interpersonal communication skills to work with customers and other employees.
• Good hearing to work with customers and fellow employees, especially at the drive-through.
• Must be honest and able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic knowledge of fast food operations and cash register procedures.
• Attention to detail and ability to cope with pressure in challenging situations.
• Ability to work as a team member with minimal disruption to customers or fellow employees.
• Ability to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 90% of shift time.
• Good manual dexterity to work rapidly and accurately during rush periods.
• Ability to count money and give change correctly.
