Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and assist with front line food preparation procedures.
• Wipe tables and maintain a clean dining room and parking lot.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quick, efficient service and quality products.
• Provide excellence in quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Maintain knowledge and operation of all equipment.
• Follow and abide by all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Quickly prepare customers' orders according to specifications and with the highest possible quality.
• Work as a team member to assure constant and consistent customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Some high school courses preferred.
• Good interpersonal communication skills to work with customers and other employees.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and read recipes.
• Basic knowledge of fast food operation and cash register procedures.
• Ability to cope with pressure and remain calm in challenging situations.
• Good manual dexterity to work rapidly and accurately during rush periods.
• Ability to count money and give change correctly.
