- Operate cash register and assist with front line food preparation procedures.
- Wipe tables and maintain a clean dining room and parking lot.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quick and efficient service.
- Provide excellence in quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Maintain knowledge and operation of all equipment.
- Follow and abide by all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
- Quickly prepare customers' orders according to specifications.
- Work as a team member to assure constant and consistent customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Some high school courses preferred.
- Good interpersonal communication skills to work with customers and other employees.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and read recipes.
- Basic knowledge of fast food operation and cash register procedures.
- Ability to cope with pressure and remain calm in challenging situations.
- Good manual dexterity to work rapidly and accurately during rush periods.
- Ability to count money and give change correctly.
