The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and resolve customer claims related to our warehouse operations, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate resolutions. The position involves close collaboration with the warehouse team and effective communication with customers via phone and email regarding their claims status.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve customer claims related to warehouse operations.
• Investigate claims in collaboration with the warehouse team.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide updates on claims status.
• Maintain accurate records of claims and resolutions using SnapV.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service or claims management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in SnapV.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
