Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to patients and healthcare providers.
• Interact with customers on the phone and in person.
• Create and edit patient documentation such as address and contact information.
• Check in daily orders and assist with pharmacy Point of Sale software.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Assist with merchandising and demonstrate organizational skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
