The Customer Service Clerk/Front End Manager at Moose Pharmacy is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the pharmacy's mission to enhance the patient experience. This role involves interacting with customers both in person and over the phone, managing patient documentation, and ensuring efficient pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers.
  • Interact with customers on the phone and in person.
  • Create and edit patient documentation such as address and contact information.
  • Check in daily orders and assist with pharmacy operations.
  • Demonstrate organization skills and assist with merchandising.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and demonstrate ethical conduct.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Computer skills, including proficiency with pharmacy Point of Sale software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
