About the position

Our Portland, OR office is immediately hiring an Office Administrative Assistant & Office Clerks to help our operations. This role will assist with a variety of office functions in our business. The Office Clerks will be responsible for assisting the Picking, Shipping, and Receiving Departments, working with both internal and external customers, and generating and validating reports and documents. Additionally, the clerks will assist the Service Center Manager and help with billing-related issues. Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Picking, Shipping, and Receiving Departments
  • Working with internal and external customers
  • Generating and validating reports and documents
  • Assisting the Service Center Manager
  • Helping with billing related issues

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service / clerical experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Computer skills - email, excel, word, etc
  • Ability and willingness to learn
  • High school diploma or equivalent
