Customer Service Clerk

About the position

We are looking for Full Time clerks for the Harvester License Office in Saint Charles, MO. Our goal is to change the stereotypical DMV experience, and we need high-energy individuals who are focused on providing excellent customer service. The position requires that all clerks be current on all Federal and State Income Taxes and all Personal Property Tax, and that all Vehicle Registrations must be up to date. Additionally, candidates must be able to pass a Missouri Background Check. The office operates Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, with the last Saturday of the month from 9 am to 12 pm, so availability on some Saturdays is required. We will provide all necessary training for the role, and the starting pay is $22.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies

Requirements

• Must be current on all Federal and State Income Taxes
• All Vehicle Registrations must be up to date
• Must be able to pass Missouri Background Check
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
