About the position

The Customer Service Consultant at Caliber Collision is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their interaction with the company. Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and assist them effectively.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience; sales experience is a plus.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy.
  • Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.
