The Endocrinology Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) at Lovelace Medical Group is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and front desk assistance within the department. Responsibilities

• Provides direct customer service and front desk assistance for assigned department, including admitting, registering, scheduling, and verifying insurance.
• Handles customer account transactions and provides customer assistance.
• Performs and/or oversees cashiering operations.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Medical terminology knowledge
• One (1) year of previously related experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Associates Degree in related field of study
• Previous medical office experience
• Heart Saver certification.
