Responsibilities

  • Complete 'Sale Checks' on all list projects
  • Send Add/Deduct and update system accordingly
  • Resolve discrepancies on the project
  • Monitor/Report NMBS Add/Sales Errors
  • Monitor 'Must Take Delivery' dates
  • Attend Hotlist meeting daily
  • Assist with Mill Certs as needed
  • Transfer Jobs as required
  • Assist with customer issues as needed
