About the position

The Mortgage Loan Servicing position at FCI Lender Services, Inc. involves providing support for mortgage loan servicing and management. Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls regarding mortgage loans.
• Accurately document information into company software.
• Assist borrowers with Check-by-Phone Payments.
• Review payment histories.
• Explain escrow disclosure statements.
• Perform office duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Interact with callers showing sensitivity, tact, and professionalism.
• Communicate clearly, listen concisely, and effectively.
• Read, interpret, and apply federal, state, and local collection laws, rules, regulations and company policies and procedures (FDCPA & CFPB).
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to analyze/resolve problems and adapt to change.
• Proper phone etiquette.
• Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions.
• Solid vocabulary, math, and multi-tasking skills.
• Fluency in English, including business level verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm.
