About the position

Bailey's Logistics is seeking a full-time Customer Service Coordinator to join their fulfillment team in Salt Lake City, UT. The role involves coordinating loads within the operations department and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and be able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position is not remote and requires working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Responsibilities

  • Appointment setting and providing 'ballpark' quotes for customers.
  • Acting as a liaison for the relocation process between customers and operations teams, addressing questions and concerns, and resolving problems internally and externally.
  • Communicating with customers, operations, and the moving team to ensure coordination of services.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Proficiency in common computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Reader.
  • Positive and energetic attitude with proper telephone etiquette.
  • Fluency in reading, speaking, and writing in English.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Highly motivated and willing to learn new skills.
