About the position

The Customer Service Coordinator at Agiliti is responsible for overseeing the delivery and pick-up of medical equipment, managing inventory, and supervising staff involved in these services. This role requires collaboration with district management to ensure customer retention and involves training staff on equipment processing and inspection. The Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and compliance with healthcare standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery and pick-up of medical equipment.
  • Supervise individuals performing delivery and processing services.
  • Manage equipment inventory, supplies, and fleet vehicles.
  • Work closely with district management to ensure customer retention.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in equipment processing, inspection, and in-servicing.
  • Provide training and support for daily office functions, including record keeping and billing.
  • Ensure prompt and courteous service to all customers in person and via communication channels.
  • Participate in customer meetings to promote revenue growth and service expansion.
  • Assist in managing on-site service programs in the absence of the Operations Manager.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and audits to ensure proper practices are executed.
  • Train customer service staff on medical equipment cleaning, testing, and inspecting.
  • Recruit and develop customer service staff, providing ongoing feedback for improvement.

Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of supervision/management or customer excellence experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and hospital medical equipment preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid driver's license and potential for DOT certification.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and walk great distances.
  • Ability to lift and/or push 75 pounds.
