  • Data input and management.
  • Following up on additional requests for information from customers and company contacts.
  • Processing and requesting change endorsements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role in a professional office setting.
  • Genuine willingness to learn and be coachable.
  • Upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
