About the position

The Services/Support Coordinator role focuses on providing exceptional customer service while managing database systems. The position requires strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently. The role is full-time and contract-based, with a pay rate of up to $27 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service support to internal and external clients.
  • Manage and track data using database management systems.
  • Utilize MS Office applications, including Excel and Outlook, for daily tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of database management experience.
  • Solid working knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with database tracking and management systems.
  • Familiarity with MS Office for at least 1 year.
