About the position

The Customer Service/Data Entry Clerk at Dalix is responsible for managing data entry tasks, assisting with product listings, and providing customer service support through various communication channels. This role involves general clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, and greeting guests, while working closely with the Assistant Office Manager and Office Manager to ensure smooth office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person
  • Assist with Amazon A+ listings
  • Provide customer service support via calls, messages, and emails
  • Perform general administrative support tasks with deadlines
  • Maintain attention to detail and organization
  • Take notes during meetings
  • Complete other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in customer service
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong math skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to type and perform data entry tasks
  • Quick learner
  • Organized and proactive

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Amazon A+ listings
  • 2 years of experience in Microsoft Excel (preferred)
