Responsibilities

  • Receive and process customer requests for quotes, orders, and job status information.
  • Perform data entry for quote requests, customer orders, change orders, and order tracking.
  • Communicate positively and effectively via phone and email regarding quotes, orders, and changes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to track and expedite critical jobs through the plant.
  • Support team members by providing backup coverage during vacations and as needed.
  • Maintain positive relationships with external and internal customers.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accurate results
  • Data entry experience
  • Previous experience in the printing industry is a plus
  • Organized and able to employ time management skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
