About the position

The Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana is responsible for delivering vehicles directly to customers, ensuring a seamless and memorable car-buying experience. This role involves physical tasks such as loading and unloading vehicles, completing customer paperwork, and maintaining a clean driving record. The position emphasizes customer satisfaction and community involvement, making it a vital part of Carvana's mission to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors using custom car haulers.
  • Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Inspect the car hauler regularly to maintain safe driving conditions.
  • Complete customer paperwork and maintain thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana's policies.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including detailing vehicles and loading/unloading.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Nice-to-haves

  • Chauffeur's Permit or ability to obtain one within the first two weeks of employment.
  • Certified Notary Public or ability to obtain one within the first 90 days of employment.
