As a Customer Service Engineer II, you will play a vital role in our mission by installing, servicing, maintaining, and modifying automation equipment at customer sites. This position is critical to our holistic approach in solving our customers' most challenging problems. In this on-site role at our Lenexa, KS MegaLab, you will work a shift from Tuesday through Saturday, 3:00 PM to 11:59 PM. Your responsibilities will include providing service and preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthineers Diagnostics automation systems, troubleshooting system failures, and delivering timely repairs. You will also be responsible for training operators to ensure optimal system performance, managing company assets, and maintaining positive relationships with customers and peers. This position requires a proactive approach to customer service and the ability to perform administrative duties related to your work. The ideal candidate will have experience in automation tracking within a fast-paced environment, and will be expected to interface regularly with our technical support center to provide the highest level of customer care. This role may require travel to other customer locations as needed, and you will be expected to work on-call, nights, and weekends if necessary.
