About the position

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance on production mail and parcel automation equipment.
  • Diagnose problems and execute necessary repairs to return machines to service.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relations with clients.
  • Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Adhere to company procedures for repairs, safety, and escalations.

Requirements

  • Strong customer relations skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read schematics.
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems for troubleshooting machine problems.
  • Relevant experience in a technical field, preferably in electronics or mechanics.
