About the position

The Customer Service Field Agent position in Everett, WA, involves working directly with school clients to ensure their security system needs are met. Responsibilities

  • Perform proactive client calls and customer service visits to current school clients.
  • Review, implement, and follow up on requests from clients and internal teams.
  • Review daily incident reports and follow up with clients to address causes of false alarms.
  • Provide initial and ongoing training and support to clients on security systems and usage.
  • Update databases regarding client interactions, requests, and incident follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License and a reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Strong listening and observational skills to understand client needs.
  • Demonstrated perseverance and follow-through in work history.
